The simple secret is to make the decision to have your sugary foods with your main meals. Immediately the frequency is reduced to 3-4 maximum per day. This means that the teeth have the time in between your main meals to recover from the effects of acid produced by sugars.
The teeth are then fully recovered before the next acid attack.
